New accounts are verified by email and approved by our team before activation, and every approved account starts with a free 14-day Pro trial, no card needed. After the trial, your account moves to the Free plan unless you upgrade. Once your account is active, request a paid plan from Settings in your dashboard; a paid plan starts once your request is processed, not instantly. Enterprise is arranged with our team.

A digital business card is a web page that holds your contact details and business information. People open it from a link, QR code or NFC tap and can save your details straight to their phone. Because it is a web page, you can update it at any time and it can do more than a paper card can.
You create an account, build your card and publish it. You then share the link, QR code or NFC tap. Visitors can save your contact and, depending on your plan, enquire, book, browse your offerings or chat. Your dashboard shows your leads, bookings and analytics.
Yes. Nexsmart is built by Nexbridge Technologies for South African businesses. Prices are in rand, and it supports WhatsApp-first customer contact and PayFast.
Nexsmart has templates for salons, workshops and trades, restaurants, real estate, medical, legal, fitness, education and creative professionals, plus a general option. Regulated professions remain responsible for their own compliance and advertising rules.
Yes. Your card includes a save-contact option so visitors can add your details to their phone with one tap.
Yes. Every card has a QR code you can download or show on screen, and print on flyers, vehicles, signage or packaging. The QR code opens your live card, so it never goes out of date.
Yes, on Pro, Business and Enterprise. You programme an NFC card or sticker with your card’s link, and anyone with a compatible phone can tap it to open your card. NFC sharing is not available on the Free plan.
You can see how many people view your card on every plan. Paid plans add full analytics, including traffic sources and devices, and tap analytics with source context. We report visit patterns, not the identities of anonymous visitors.
Yes. Visitors can leave their details, and you manage the leads in your dashboard. Paid plans add CSV export, AI lead scoring and CRM tools. Source attribution shows whether leads came from a QR scan, social link or elsewhere.
Yes, on Pro, Business and Enterprise. You set up your services, using an industry template if you like, and customers can request a booking from your card. WhatsApp ordering and booking is also included on these plans.
Yes. Pro and above include service and product catalogues, reviews and marketplace features. The portfolio gallery (up to 20 images, with before-and-after presentation) is coming soon. On Free you get the essential card without these sections.
Yes, on Pro, Business and Enterprise. Customers can choose from your menu or catalogue and send the order to you on WhatsApp.
Customer payments through PayFast are available on eligible plans where the business has connected its own PayFast account and the feature is enabled on the platform. Where it is not enabled, orders can be settled directly with you, for example by cash.
On Business and Enterprise you can switch on an AI receptionist for a card. It answers visitor questions using the information you have configured, such as hours, services, menu items and FAQs, and saves the conversations for you to review. It is an assistant, so keep your information current and review chats. It can make mistakes and should not be relied on for advice.
Yes. The Free plan includes one SmartCard, basic analytics and the essential digital card functionality. New accounts are verified by email and then approved by our team before they are activated, so activation is not instant.
Yes. Once our team approves your account, you get a free 14-day Pro trial, with no card needed and one trial per person. When it ends, your account moves to the Free plan: your extra cards are set to draft and NFC is switched off, and nothing is deleted. Upgrade at any time to keep Pro features.
Free gives you 1 card with basic analytics. Pro raises the limit to 2 cards and adds full analytics, NFC, WhatsApp ordering and booking, online bookings, industry templates, portfolio, marketplace, reviews, CSV lead export, AI lead scoring and CRM, open-now status, wallet pass and tap analytics. Business raises the limit to 10 cards and adds the Google review nudge and the AI receptionist. Enterprise adds unlimited cards, custom domain, team accounts and white labelling.
Yes. Free includes 1 card, Pro up to 2, Business up to 10 and Enterprise is unlimited. This suits owners with several brands and teams who each need a card.
